Avalon Minor Hockey Association – Notice of AGM and Election of Officers
The Avalon Minor Hockey Association (AMHA) will hold its Annual General Meeting and Election of Officers as follows;
Date: Wednesday, June 23 2021
Time: 7:00 PM
Location: Holiday Inn, Portugal Cove Road, St. John’s

We intend to host an in-person, COVID-19 compliant meeting at the Holiday Inn on June 23 2021. Should COVID-19 conditions or guidelines change in the coming weeks and impact these plans, we will adjust accordingly and provide ample notice.
In order for us to record contract tracing and to plan room size, we request that members RSVP to AMHA Registrar / Secretary Kirby Shannahan, kirbys@mun.ca to register by Friday, June 18.
An Election of Officers will take place for the following positions (2 year term);
- Treasurer
- VP Competitive
- VP Recreational
- Director-Up to 4
Any member interested in running for a position is invited to submit a nomination form by Tuesday, June 16 2021. The form can be downloaded from our site here.
