It is our pleasure to announce that the Avalon Minor Hockey Association has received permission from Hockey NL to once again host our annual U-9 Invitational tournament. This event is geared towards U-9 players strictly born in 2012. It is a select team that is picked from the Celtics and will compete against other teams in a tournament this April at the Feildian Gardens!!

Parents of players in the 2012 age group that might be interested in finding out more information about this event are encouraged to attend a meeting on Saturday Feb.6 at the Feildian Gardens. This meeting will take place during the Chocolate Dippers game in dressing room number 6 at 12:00!! Please keepin mind kids born in the year 2012 are the only ones eligible to be selected for this team. The AMHA Technical Director, Steve Power will convene this meeting and be able to answer any questions parents may have about the event.
