The Avalon Celtics are pleased to announce that we have opened up registration for the various DJHL All Star divisions. The Celtics will have teams compete in U-11 A,U-13 B and U-15 B. There is a possibility of another U-11 Squad as well and we will inform parents as soon as we have the information to pass on. All teams will be “Two Line” squads consisting of eleven skaters and a goaltender.  The cost for try outs is $100 per player.

 

If you are just registering your child for this season now you can add the try out to your team snap account.

 

If you have already registered please e-mail avalonminorhockey@nf.aibn.com with email subject ‘All Star Try Outs’ and include the player’s name and position they are trying out for.  Positions are either Defence, Forward or Goaltender.  Position is not needed for U-11 players.

 

Players will get a one 1.5 hr skills session and three one hour scrimmages. The try outs will run from October 12 up to October 17 for the various groups. A schedule with the try out groups and times will be posted on this website on Thursday October 8th! Please be advised that these times and dates are subject to change based on try out numbers and groups.  The deadline to register for try outs is Wednesday October 7th.
