AMHA Call for Coaches and Volunteers – 2020-21 Season
The Avalon Minor Hockey Association is pleased to invite interested persons to apply for coach and/or volunteer positions with Avalon Celtics teams and groups for the 2020-21 season.
The RNC have moved to online fillable forms which is welcome news! If you follow the below steps, the RNC processing fee will be waived. We request that all interested persons (Coaches and Volunteers) complete and provide the following in paper copy;

- RNC Application for Criminal Records Screening Check: https://www.rnc.gov.nl.ca/wp-content/uploads/2020/05/Criminal-Record-Screening-Certificate.pdf
- AMHA Coaching/Volunteer Application and Disclosure Form: http://www.avalonceltics.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/1792/2019/09/AMHA_CoachingVolunteerApp.pdf
- Clear photocopy of two (2) valid pieces of identification (one of which must be government issued with photo, name, date of birth and signature)
Please sign forms and deliver all materials to AMHA’s office (drop box located upstairs in Feildian Gardens, 244B Pennywell Road) as soon as possible. To have the processing fee waived, AMHA will be submitting the forms to RNC office on your behalf.
Once you receive letter from RNC with completed screening information, please provide a copy to AMHA.
